Description
"5 of Spades" is probably the most abject card among all of the Small
Pack of Tarot cards. It reveals a terrible conflict, harsh disputes, and wickedness. It does not
explain if these repulsive characteristics are caused by us or we are the victims
of a dangerous situation. The card represents a victory but the winner will not enjoy it for a lot of time.
Professional meaning: The card shows a difficult time, characterized by feud, wickedness, humiliation, and defeat - about projects or
failed exams. It represents unscrupulous
business policy.
Matter of conscience: The card shows that we are living through times of destructive thinking:
furious destruction, anger, and violence. Seldom, all these turn against us
through different ways: lack of care for personal health and suicidal tendencies. The card expresses the mentality of a Crusader presenting his criminal activity as a "virtue". As far as personal
acknowledgement is concerned, it represents destroying an old concept in order to reach
out for the truth.
Personal relationships: The card presents a stage characterized by: cruelty, hatred, feud,
and power - people destroy things in order to take over the power. The card shows a relationship that is about to end,
and the only way out is to
reconcile; a third person must get involved into that.
